Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Once approved, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it is still missing, contact us and we will help you investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital items are non-refundable.
